PARTY SHOES ON

Heels, 55€, Ellos.
                                                                Heels, 55€, Ellos.

Ordered these beauties from Ellos...I know I really couldn't afford all this shoes shopping, but I am anyway paying their bill every month so a few euros more can't kill me. And, as they say, life's short, buy the shoes!
I am not much of a party goer, but I am trying to wear more heels this summer - even though downtown Helsinki is not the best place to wear them! I used to wear super high heels in high school, and that was doable because all I had to do was to sit around all day, so my legs didn't die during the day. Now that I am working at a clothing shop and have to stand and run around all day, wearing heels is not the comfiest option. The only heels I've managed to wear have been Jeffrey Campbell's Lita's - even after 8 hours of walking your feet are not sore, just a bit tired at worst. Now that I am having my internship at R/H I can probably wear more heels as I also do stuff that don't require as much standing and walking around, more like big
brains and fast thinking! At least on office days!

Can't wait to try these on and not to mention, can't wait to WEAR THEM! Oh, Spring, hurry up!

I don't know what to tell ya, I'm not a future teller

So, I had the exam today. The subject in most of the excercises was ICE HOCKEY. I bloody hate it.
The first two texts were OK but the last one definitely wasn't - I mean, what the fuck do I have to say about Mikael Granlund? Couldn't care less. Well, I had to try. Luckily I've already succeeded in Finnish so that it doesn't matter if this one doesn't go well, I just won't get any higher scores.
After the exam I went for a nice coffee + cake with Paloma and had a chat <3 nbsp="nbsp" nice.="nice." p="p" s="s" she="she" so="so">
And, after all this meaningless bla bla bla, this is what I wore. An aubergine blazer, my very favourite floral pants, Jeffrey Campbell's and a fringed clutch.

Blazer, H&M. White top, 2nd, very old H&M. Floral pants, Lindex. Fringed clutch, Gina Tricot. Scarf, H&M. Shoes, Jeffrey Campbell.

PUT ON MASCARA AND YOUR PARTY DRESS

Well, hello! After a well-rested night I finally have some energy to give you another post.

So I'm celebrating my friend's 20th birthday tonight :) Bought a new dress recently, and thought I'd wear it for this occasion.
Do any of you remember this picture of Rochelle Wiseman? I may have used it in one of my fashion inspiration posts. My new dress is quite similiar! Inspired by this, I thought I'd simply wear it and some heels and a leather jacket.

Here's the dress:
 Dress, H&M.

And some of my shoe options:

                                                   1. ZARA, 2. Jeffrey Campbell, 3. Louboutin.

I am not sure if I'm a bit overdressed in this outfit, but I'd REALLY like to dress up for the first time in a million years! ;) There's a bit of a dilemma though, because I got some AMAZING neon pink peep-toe pumps from Spain earlier this summer and I have never worn them yet (because I've been mostly working, and heels are not a good option for such a job) and I'd really like to. Hmmmm... When I figure something out, I'll tell you and I WILL do an outfit post, latest tomorrow! And if you want to have a sneak peek, check my lookbook tonight!

Have a nice Friday,

Saturday Night Out

On Saturday I went out with my friends and boyfriend. We went to a nice Itailian restaurant called Vapiano, where the food is yummy and you get it quick. We decided to stay there for a few drinks too. Around midnight, the fire alarm went on (but the restaurant wasn't on fire, luckily) and we had to leave. After that, I might have possibly witnessed a group of thieves stealing a sofa, a washing machine and huge amounts of beer from the building straight next to the restaurant. How clever, just in time, robbing a house might get easier after a fire alarm when all the people are distracted from them... The police happened to be nearby so I told an officer to keep an eye on them.  Such an action-packed night I'd say!
I wore this pretty and summery maxi dress from H&M  with my new loves, my very own Jeffrey Campbell shoes (the basic black ones with the wooden heel) and a fringed clutch from Gina Tricot. You might have seen it in my Lookbook posts :) I am very sorry for not having any pics of this look but I was very busy on Saturday and had no camera with me :( Sorry! Hope you get the picture :)
