PARTY SHOES ON

Heels, 55€, Ellos.
                                                                Heels, 55€, Ellos.

Ordered these beauties from Ellos...I know I really couldn't afford all this shoes shopping, but I am anyway paying their bill every month so a few euros more can't kill me. And, as they say, life's short, buy the shoes!
I am not much of a party goer, but I am trying to wear more heels this summer - even though downtown Helsinki is not the best place to wear them! I used to wear super high heels in high school, and that was doable because all I had to do was to sit around all day, so my legs didn't die during the day. Now that I am working at a clothing shop and have to stand and run around all day, wearing heels is not the comfiest option. The only heels I've managed to wear have been Jeffrey Campbell's Lita's - even after 8 hours of walking your feet are not sore, just a bit tired at worst. Now that I am having my internship at R/H I can probably wear more heels as I also do stuff that don't require as much standing and walking around, more like big
brains and fast thinking! At least on office days!

Can't wait to try these on and not to mention, can't wait to WEAR THEM! Oh, Spring, hurry up!

SHOULD I SPEND 470€?

...to these babies? I think they might very well be the perfect autumn booties... But they are maybe a bit too much alike with my Jeffrey Campbell's, because of the brown heel and platform... I at least TRY not to buy too similiar stuff, it gets too expensive. And in the end of the day I have more choice ;)

Ankle boots, Marc By Marc Jacobs, 470€, NINA'S.

THE PERFECT AUTUMN BOOTS

The GREATEST boots I've seen this far. These are so perfect, I can't even describe how much I want these! They'd be perfect with all kinds of rock chic/ biker chic combos and I think they'd be great with some girly outfits too. I. WANT. THESE. It's that simple!

PUT ON MASCARA AND YOUR PARTY DRESS

Well, hello! After a well-rested night I finally have some energy to give you another post.

So I'm celebrating my friend's 20th birthday tonight :) Bought a new dress recently, and thought I'd wear it for this occasion.
Do any of you remember this picture of Rochelle Wiseman? I may have used it in one of my fashion inspiration posts. My new dress is quite similiar! Inspired by this, I thought I'd simply wear it and some heels and a leather jacket.

Here's the dress:
 Dress, H&M.

And some of my shoe options:

                                                   1. ZARA, 2. Jeffrey Campbell, 3. Louboutin.

I am not sure if I'm a bit overdressed in this outfit, but I'd REALLY like to dress up for the first time in a million years! ;) There's a bit of a dilemma though, because I got some AMAZING neon pink peep-toe pumps from Spain earlier this summer and I have never worn them yet (because I've been mostly working, and heels are not a good option for such a job) and I'd really like to. Hmmmm... When I figure something out, I'll tell you and I WILL do an outfit post, latest tomorrow! And if you want to have a sneak peek, check my lookbook tonight!

Have a nice Friday,

Essie xx

Awesome Louboutins

These Louboutin heels are SO BEAUTIFUL! I bet they'd look amazing with the simplest outfits. They're real Cinderella-shoes. I'm a proud owner of a pair of Louboutins myself, and I have been very content with the purchase. They fit me perfectly, and I've never had one single blister, not even when I wore them at my Old's Dance ball. I'd love to have these beauties in my shoe collection! Maybe one day...

BARGAINS

My fashion finds from a street market in Spain (will upload photos later in another post): A straw trilby for 6 euros and THE TOTAL BARGAIN - black brogues, last ones left, exactly my size (been looking for good brogues for about 2 years now, huh) 3 EUROS! That's some mad shit happening.

H&M this week...

Haha, I've been shopping this week again.Makes me feel amazing. It's only Wednesday and I have bought three items - loving each one of them!

I bought an amazing golden jacket! I'll post a picture of it later. Then I bought a biiiiig, warm, white jumper! Ah it's cute.
Today, after drooling after these amazing peep-toe pumps with a zebra pattern, I ordered them. I feel happy I did so...Now I don't need to worry if I won't get them! I bought them in turquoise from Spain last summer...They didn't even have the zebra ones there though. Now I have them in both colours! Gawd. This little fashionista is super duper excited to pick that package up! I don't know how I do it but everytime I buy a new piece of clothing, millions of outfits flash before my eyes. I can see millions of different combinations with that certain piece and my other clothes. I think that's pretty cool. I'm proud of that skill!

I'm also going to Florida next Monday. I'm excited! Yay lots and lots of shopping ahead!

xoxo Essie
